By accessing the y99com website at y99com.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the y99com platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and y99com with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.

To use y99com you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from y99com or any gaming platform, or if you have been self-excluded, your self-exclusion period has fully expired.
• You are of sound mind and are acting of your own free will without duress or undue influence.

y99com reserves the right to request additional proof of identity, age, or address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in temporary suspension of account access pending resolution.

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on y99com at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• You must keep your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y99com support immediately via live chat or email.
• y99com will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to do so is fraudulent.
• Account usernames may not impersonate another individual, celebrity, public figure, or y99com staff member.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. y99com will attempt to notify you via your registered email before any dormancy fees or account restrictions are applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and made accessible upon successful re-authentication.

y99com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your y99com account in real time or within a few minutes of successful authorisation depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the payment methods section of the platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts typically complete within two to four hours on business days.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to anti-money laundering verification requirements.
• y99com reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
• Pending withdrawals may be reversed to your main wallet balance by you at your request, provided the withdrawal has not already been processed.
• y99com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, excluding winnings generated from funded play on non-bonus balances.

y99com offers various promotional bonuses to eligible users including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion as published on the platform at the time the promotion is live, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to bets that contribute toward wagering requirements on sportsbook bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward the requirement.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profit from bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited. Expiry dates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Where a player has an active bonus balance, real-money funds are used for wagering first; bonus funds become active only after the real-money balance reaches zero, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

All bets placed on the y99com sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino lobby are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule takes precedence with respect to that game or market only.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. y99com reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular market activity, an obvious pricing error, or where a bet is placed in contravention of these Terms.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed availability. y99com is not liable for bets accepted or rejected due to data feed latency beyond its reasonable control.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules for the affected sport.
• PSL and international cricket markets are settled using official match data from recognised cricket governing bodies. In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, y99com's trading team will make a final determination based on the best available evidence.
• Casino games are governed by their individual RNG certification and published return-to-player rates. Technical malfunctions that interrupt a game session will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game title. Limits are displayed within each game or market prior to placing a wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y99com platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes to the detriment of y99com or other users.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have, or have reason to believe you have, inside knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome.
• Arbitrage and Value Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus structures, or promotional terms across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner.
• Automated Wagering: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with casino games, or access account features.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services. y99com will pursue recovery of all chargedback amounts and will permanently close accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
• Money Laundering: Using y99com in any manner intended to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds of unlawful origin.
• Identity Fraud: Registering with false identity documents, using another person's identity or payment methods, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to y99com.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with y99com's systems, databases, software, or security mechanisms by any means.

y99com employs fraud detection systems that continuously monitor wagering patterns, payment activity, and account behaviour. Players who trigger these systems may have their accounts temporarily restricted pending investigation. y99com will communicate with affected players via their registered email address throughout any investigation process.

All content on the y99com platform, including but not limited to the y99com name, logo, brand marks, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, game content, odds data, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of y99com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y99com platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any y99com content without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the y99com platform including odds feeds, game results, or player data.
• Create derivative works based on y99com's brand, design, or content.
• Use y99com's brand or logo in any promotional, advertising, or social media context without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of y99com's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. y99com actively monitors for brand misuse and will take appropriate action against infringing parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99com, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.

y99com's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• y99com does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• y99com is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or network issues on the user's side.
• y99com is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party payment services including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not within y99com's control once a game round has commenced. y99com is not liable for adverse game outcomes.

y99com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.

Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the user in bad faith.
• A request by the user to self-exclude under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, y99com reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, any legitimately earned balance will be returned via the user's verified payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting y99com support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bet settlements or outstanding withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y99com holds its international gaming license. By using the y99com platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, y99com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

y99com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y99com will provide reasonable notice to registered users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the y99com platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to a material change in these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting y99com support. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 4.
